It's a challenge to stay positive these days especially considering unemployment is at 10%, lunatics are shooting people, the media shoving Swine Flu/H1N1 fears in our faces constantly, the wars, etc.
My life is pretty good and I find myself getting irritated, annoyed, and sometimes depressed and I think it's totally normal for any of us to feel those emotions. Today I wrote down the things that upset me in general and it felt like a big release. I also crochet which helps. Everyone has issues we just need to be mature, rational, and just cope with it. I hope everyone I know has found positive ways to deal with their negative feelings or thoughts :)
